Our Commitment

cpMan is committed to making its website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and the associated service regulations that implement Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the international WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.

We believe everyone deserves equal, dignified, and independent access to our website and services. This commitment is ongoing — we regularly review and improve our site's accessibility as it evolves.

Accessibility Features

The following accessibility adjustments have been implemented on this website:

• Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements — links, buttons, form fields, and FAQ items — are fully operable using a keyboard alone (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Escape).
• Skip-to-content link: A hidden "Skip to main content" link is the first focusable element on every page, allowing keyboard users to bypass the navigation menu.
• Screen reader support: The site uses semantic HTML5 elements (<nav>, <main>, <header>, <footer>, <article>) and ARIA attributes to communicate structure and state to assistive technologies.
• Active page indication: The navigation menu marks the current page with aria-current="page" so screen readers announce the user's location.
• Form accessibility: All form fields have explicit labels, aria-required attributes, and linked error messages via aria-describedby. Validation errors are announced to screen readers using aria-invalid and aria-live regions.
• Descriptive error messages: Inline error hints appear below invalid form fields and are accessible to screen readers.
• Submission status announcements: Form submission success and error messages use role="alert" and aria-live so screen reader users are notified automatically.
• Focus indicators: All interactive elements display a clearly visible focus ring (:focus-visible outline) for keyboard users.
• Reduced motion: All animations and transitions are disabled for users who have enabled "Reduce Motion" in their operating system preferences (prefers-reduced-motion).
• Autoplay video: The hero video on the homepage respects the "Reduce Motion" preference. When enabled, the video is paused and a static image is shown instead.
• Semantic heading hierarchy: Every page uses a single <h1> with a logical heading structure (<h1> → <h2> → <h3>) for easy navigation by screen reader users.
• Native accessible components: The FAQ section uses the native <details> and <summary> HTML elements, which are keyboard-operable and accessible out of the box.
• Smooth page transitions: The site uses Astro View Transitions for fast, accessible page navigation that maintains scroll position and focus correctly.
• Color and contrast: Text and interactive elements are designed to meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
• Language declaration: The primary language of the page is declared in the HTML lang attribute to help screen readers select the correct voice and pronunciation rules.

Known Limitations

We strive for full compliance, but are aware of the following areas that may not yet be fully accessible:

• Hero demo video: The product demonstration video in the homepage hero section does not currently have closed captions or an audio description. We are working to add these.
• Third-party content: Some embedded content or external links (such as the Mac App Store) are provided by third parties and are outside of our direct control.

This website targets the higher WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard.
